Taking care of yourself isn't being selfish.
Call your mom more often.
Tell people how much you care about them.
Drink your water.
Listen to music that makes your soul feel good.
Reward yourself for your hard work. 
Smile at people you pass, it might make their day.

And most importantly...

Be gentle with yourself. You're doing your best.
